Shipping & Returns

At Xbouncers.com, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time. To that end, we offer standard delivery shipping for shipments within the continental United States. However, we can provide Next day rush services at an additional cost.

We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. When ordering, please provide a daytime number. We charge your account upon shipment.

We ship most US orders to arrive via FEDEX in 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

Canada

All items ship to Canada from the US. All prices shown are in US dollars. Please call for a shipping quote to Canada. Please note: it is the buyer’s responsibility for any duties/taxes/fees by international customs/border.

International Deliveries

We cannot ship outside the US and Canada, nor to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your order within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet; however, orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel the order after this grace period and the order has not been shipped, you will be charged a 5% processing fee.

All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. If an order has been shipped out and you choose to cancel while the order is in transit (the order has shipped from our warehouse), you will have to pay for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee of 15%.

Cancellations & Returns

Provided units are brand new and not used or inflated, you can return all items purchased from XBOUNCERS within 14 days from ship date when it leaves our warehouse. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 14 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 business days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it, including any shrink wrap, tape and foam. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your Credit Card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. For refunds on purchases made with a Credit Card, we will issue a credit to the same Credit Card used to make the purchase. If you paid using Check, the refund will be made out to you using a Company Check.

Upon Delivery

Please make sure you check that all items are present and free from any defects upon delivery and before signing the driver's delivery note. You must report any missing or damaged items to www.xbouncers.comwithin 72 hours of delivery so we can help resolve this situation. Our courier company can only deliver goods to a ground floor location and are not responsible for moving your items upstairs. Ensure that someone is able to assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location, an extra charge may be applied.

Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE IT on the Delivery Bill of Lading, and YOU MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING, AND YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR COPY. Immediately contact us for more information. Also, we will need you to fax that copy to 714-622-1559. If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. Once the unit is signed for, there is no way we can process the insurance claim with the Freight Company. We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. After writing "damaged" on the bill of lading, you have 72 hours to report the contents that are damaged to us.

Please do not wait as this is very IMPORTANT, otherwise the Freight Company will not cover the replacement charges and you will be held liable. PLEASE KEEP ALL BOXES AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF THE UNIT IS DAMAGED, THE INSPECTOR WILL NEED TO COME AND INSPECT THE PACKAGE TO SEE HOW DAMAGED IT IS, AND WHAT THEY ARE ABLE TO FILE ON THE CLAIM. IF THE BOXES AND PACKAGING ARE MISSING, THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL SAY THEY ARE NOT LIABLE SINCE IT CAN NOT BE PROVEN THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES WITHOUT SEEING THE CRATE/BOX.

It is important that you inspect your package by opening it; please open it carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter for cutting tape. If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent further damage from occurring during return shipping to our warehouse.
